KONDŌ ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit kondo.ee or place an order, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

KONDŌ is a made-to-order clothing brand based in Estonia. For the purposes of GDPR, KONDŌ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, through the order form on this site:

• Name — to address you and process your order
• Phone number — to confirm order details and arrange the deposit
• Email address — to correspond with you about your order
• Order details — the pieces, sizes, colours and quantities you select
• Comments — any additional details or requests you choose to share

We do not use cookies or tracking scripts to monitor your browsing behaviour on this site. The site does load web fonts from Google Fonts; loading these font files causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may process your IP address as part of delivering that request.

3. Why we use your data

We process your data to:

• Respond to your order request and arrange payment of the deposit
• Communicate with you about the status of your order
• Fulfil any legal or accounting obligations tied to the sale

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) once you place an order, or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you simply send us an enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be shared only with service providers who help us run the site and process orders, strictly to the extent needed for that purpose:

• Form processing service — the order form on this site is handled by a third-party form service, which relays your submission to our email inbox
• Hosting and content delivery — the site itself and its images are served through third-party hosting and CDN providers

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are only permitted to use your data to deliver their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order-related data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to meet any legal or accounting retention requirements that apply in Estonia. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
